Product Description
CRK cross roller bearings have a compact integral design with a flange on both the inner and outer ring. The rollers are arranged crosswise at an angle of 90°, the total volume of the product is small and thin. Both the inner and outer rings have mounting holes provided for mounting screws, eliminating the need for additional flange bases during installation and ensuring simple and convenient installation.
Thanks to the cross arrangement of the rollers, the bearings are able to simultaneously absorb radial, axial loads and overturning moments. They have high torsional rigidity, high turning accuracy, adjustable working clearance and significantly exceed the rigidity of conventional slewing bearings.
The bearings are suitable for use in precision CNC rotary tables, automated rotary fixtures, measuring instrument rotary platforms, industrial robot joints, indexing mechanisms of small precision grinding machines and other similar applications. They are adapted for precision turning applications, heavy rotational loads in confined spaces and combine high precision, high rigidity and compact installation requirements.
