Product Description
CRK ball screw support units are the key components of the ball screw transmission system. The range includes BK (Fixed End), BF (Supported End), FK (Flange Fixed), FF (Flange Supported), and horizontal and vertical designs. The range of standard sizes is wide and allows you to select a unit for ball screws of any diameter.
Design features
The body is entirely machined from a highly rigid forging, and the surface is blackened and anti-corrosion treated to ensure resistance to wear and corrosion. Internally, angular contact ball bearings are pre-mounted with precisely adjusted preload. The design is compact and technologically advanced; Flange and horizontal mounting types allow adaptation to different installation spaces. There are standard mounting holes on both sides that do not require additional processing of the seats. Adjustment is simple, high alignment of the assembly is ensured, which effectively prevents vibration and runout during high-speed rotation of the screw.
Product benefits
First, high rotational accuracy: bearing preload eliminates play, ensuring positioning accuracy during feed and minimal repositioning error. Secondly, there is sufficient rigidity to accommodate axial forces, radial loads and small overturning moments without deformation during high-speed reverse movements. Third, high stability: smooth running with low noise, low temperature rise during long-term continuous operation, extended service life. Fourthly, high versatility: standardized sizes allow direct replacement of analogues of leading Japanese brands, which simplifies replacement and reduces delivery times.
Applications
Widely used in CNC lathes, thread grinding machines, engraving machines, automated linear slide tables, measuring equipment feeders, laser processing equipment, stereoscopic warehouse transport modules and other precision transfer equipment. Support units are equally effective both for heavy cutting conditions on metal-cutting machines and for high-frequency reverse movements with high positioning accuracy in automated equipment. They reliably support the operation of the screw pair, significantly increasing the overall accuracy of the equipment and increasing its service life.
