Product Description
CRK precision ball screws are key transmission components for high-end precision equipment. Relying on the mature rolling friction transmission design and optimized circulation pattern, they perfectly meet the requirements of industrial drive with high speed, high precision and high smoothness. Widely applied in precision machine tools, semiconductor equipment, new energy automation, precision measuring instruments and other fields.
The key advantages of this series of screw pairs are high precision, low friction, running stability and long service life. The products use arc-shaped raceways formed by precision grinding, combined with an optimized ball circulation pattern, to effectively eliminate gear backlash. Thanks to the standardized preload, micrometric repeatability of positioning is achieved, idling during reverse and positioning deviations are eliminated, which fully meets the requirements of precision machining and micro-feed control. Compared with traditional sliding screws, CRK uses rolling friction instead of sliding contact, which greatly reduces frictional resistance, achieves transmission efficiency of up to 90% or more, reduces power consumption, ensures fast response when starting and stopping, and eliminates creep and sticking at low speeds.
In terms of operating stability and durability, CRK ball screws have optimized ball circulation paths to ensure uniform distribution of operating stresses, effectively reducing ball friction wear and torque pulsation. The level of noise and vibration is low, which allows the products to be used for a long time in conditions of round-the-clock continuous operation. The products feature compact design and high rigidity, high resistance to shock loads and deformation, suitable for high-speed feed and medium-level load scenarios. Additionally equipped with a quality dust sealing system that effectively prevents the ingress of dust, chips and moisture, ensuring adaptation to a variety of demanding operating conditions, including shop processing and cleanrooms.
Overall, CRK ball screws combine precision, efficiency, stability and practicality, and have the advantages of low energy consumption and long service interval, which can effectively reduce equipment operating costs. They provide reliable and stable linear transmission for a wide range of high-end precision automation equipment and are highly cost-effective key transmission components in the intelligent manufacturing industry.
